“Day 3: On Monday, we rented a Harley through EAGLE RIDER OF SEDONA. The folks at the shop were absolutely fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful and theyalso have a beautiful dog that roams around the store who is an awesome little greeter. My husband and I are fairly new to the world of motorcycle riding so [...] Many folks Ride the Southwest out of Sedona and miss one of the most enchanting and enriching experiences you will ever have. “Reservation Rides” from Sedona are a combination of blasts through high plains desert to three Native American destnations and each one is a treasure. So, once you’ve ridden Route 66 and have the [...] World – meet Griz, Ed, Tim, Don and a bunch of others who make Jerome, Jerome. This old ghost town is about a half-hour motorcyce run from Sedona, either down 89A or through Cornville and Beaverhead Flat, which is the preferred bike route. Weekends at the Spirit Room and Paul & Jerry’s are a favorite. [...] This is either the best driver ever, or he has his camera cranked to 6X speed, like he says he has. The road from Prescott to Jerome is 189 turns in 12 miles (Tail of the Dragon – Hah!) , leads back to (EagleRider of) Sedona and takes about an hour and a half. Unless [...] There are two roads running west out of Prescott. This is one of them, SR 89, aka White Spars. It’s about an hour to Prescott from EagleRider of Sedona, riding through Jerome over Mingus Mountain – which is also quite the ride. Look for that video somewhere else in here. Yup, this is Eagle Rider of Sedona … where you ride, or rode, the Southwest on a Harley like these parts are supposed to be ridden. Your best rides, your favorite roads, places you found to eat, drink, [...] Yesterday was a beautiful day for a ride here in Sedona. We rode to Pine, and had a lovely brunch at a little place called Randall House. The food was great, and we sat outside to catch a little vitamin D. Why not, the temperature was 80 degrees! This week promises more of the same, [...] Today (Wednesday, October 28.09), the temp is freakin’ 48F. In Sedona! What’s with that? So, all of Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and everybody else north and west of here, take your early winter and send it packing. Please. Nobody here has ever even heard of snowtires, salting roads or plows. One guy has a set of [...] Jerome, Arizona on the weekend. Great place for bikes from noon on. We learned that you can legally drink on the wall across from Paul & Jerry’s so long as you sit on the top three steps. That’s part of the park.
